The Palex Group, within the framework of its international expansion strategy, has acquired 100% of Burke & Burke, an Italian company with a turnover of €25 million, specialised in the distribution of solutions for intensive care units, pneumology, respiratory physiopathology and anaesthesia, from Innova Club1, Hat Technology Fund 4 and several minority shareholders.

With its head office in Assago (Milan) and almost 80 employees, Burke & Burke joins the Palex Group, the leading high-added value medical technology solutions provider in southern Europe, via GADA, the subsidiary through which it has been operating in Italy since 2022. With this acquisition, the Group strengthens its presence in Italy.
