On 𝗦𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟭𝟮, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱, in collaboration with Legambiente, we organized an initiative and spent a day on the 𝗯𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵 𝗼𝗳 𝗢𝗿𝘁𝗼𝗻𝗮 (Abruzzo) to raise awareness about the importance of 𝘀𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆.

A 𝘀𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗴𝗲𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲, which—once shared—becomes a 𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗰𝘁 for our planet.

The initiative, promoted by the 𝗘𝗦𝗚 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗼𝗳 𝗣𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘅 𝗜𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗮, was also a valuable 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 experience: working side by side strengthened our team spirit and showed how unity can multiply results.

The 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗱𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸 gathered from 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝗻𝘁𝘀 speak louder than words about the spirit of the day: gratitude for the warm welcome, a sense of awareness and responsibility, surprise at how much there is still to be done, and motivation to make a difference. There was also anger at seeing the abandoned waste—transformed, however, into a desire for more information, education, and prevention. These emotions left everyone with the satisfaction of having contributed to something meaningful and shared.
